An analyst says he’s quitting his job as an agile project manager because he thinks he’s been left behind.
Matt Williams, 27, says he left his job at an analytics firm after just a year and that he’s just not ready for the job anymore.
Williams says he spent years at a firm that he loved and felt he had built a great team and built a solid foundation.
Now he’s trying to figure out where he wants to be.
Williams, who has no college degree, said he left the job at the same firm where he started because he felt he didn’t fit in.
Williams’ wife, Lauren, says she’s been worried about him for a while and that’s why he decided to leave.
Williams said he’s ready to get back into the office, but is not sure if he can do it in his new position.
Williams was hired in May 2016 as an analyst at Newman Project Management, which he co-founded.
His duties included developing strategic plans for projects.
