NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman and Ruben Krikorian, the chief creative officer of Rubicon, have released a brand new logo that will go into the game in 2018-19.
The new logo is titled Rubicon — the same name as the team Rubicon.
It has the NHL’s name and logo on it and is designed by Michael J. Sullivan.
The new logo has a bold red color palette with a blue and yellow background, along with two circles of text that can be rotated 360 degrees.
The logo also includes the Rubicon name and Rubicons logo on one side, as well as a rubicon symbol with three lines around it.
The team Rubicons name and the rubicon symbols on the other side are shown on a black background.
“I’m excited to bring this brand to the world, as we have been developing this vision for years,” Bettman said in a statement.
“This new logo represents the NHL, and I think it is one of the most exciting, new and iconic logos we have ever created.”
The logo, which will go on display at the NHLPA Winter Classic on January 9 in Sunrise, Florida, will be used on jerseys, helmets, and other merchandise in 2018.
The NHL has been working to develop a new logo for the franchise for several years.
It was announced last year that the league planned to rebrand the franchise as the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Blackhawks have been trying to secure a new name for the team since the franchise moved from the Chicago suburb of Oak Park to Chicago.
